Song Title: Constant
Elizabeth Sia (Lyricist):
“Constant” was born during a season of change and challenge for me as well as many friends. In a moment of prayer, these words which later formed the lyrics came to mind, declaring God’s sovereignty and unchanging nature. At that time, I only had parts of the verse, chorus and bridge. It wasn’t until a songwriting retreat at church when I shared the story and song, and together we completed it. I’ve always believed in the power of singing scripture songs to God—there’s something transformative about singing His Word back to Him.
My hope is that this song blesses the Lord and inspires us to receive fresh revelation of His love, whether in personal or corporate worship.
In a world where change is constant, life can often feel overwhelming. It’s easy to feel helpless when the
ground beneath us shifts, but God reminds us in His Word, “For I am the Lord, I do not change” (Malachi 3:6).
He is the Rock of Ages, unwavering in His love and faithfulness. May we never forget that through every season, His love remains, and He reigns forevermore.
Song Title: Worthy
Josiah Yang (Lyricist and Composer):
“Worthy is the Lamb who was slain, to receive power and riches and wisdom, and strength and honour and glory and blessing!”
The song came to me one day while I was in my army camp. Through all my ups and downs, Jesus has always been there. As I was sitting there, I picked up a guitar in the corner of the room and started plucking the strings; singing “He is worthy, You are worthy”. From there in only a short time, I wrote the complete lyrics and melody to "Worthy". I know in one of my toughest times, the Lord was always there, and my only response was to glorify Him.
