Inspiring, visionary, caring, loving and a woman of faith who relentlessly pursues the Lord, was how many described her in the years that she led the ministry.
Recollecting precious memories of working with Pastor Sharon during the ministry farewell, volunteers spoke about the moments that she went the extra mile to journey with them, and times when her faith challenged them to step out of their comfort zones. One of them especially mentioned Pastor Sharon’s courage to take on the BRAVE conference, something that had not been done before in Singapore. There was a willingness to obey the Lord at every juncture that inspired the staff and volunteers.
After the group prayed a blessing and released prophetic words over Pastor Sharon, she was greeted by a life-sized dinosaur surprise at her home. In laughter and tears, hugs were exchanged with the team before they soon invited her to show off her dance moves in a Sumo wrestler costume. What a blessing Pastor Sharon has been, and we rejoice with her even as she steps into the next chapter of advancing the Kingdom of God in her life.
