Family Camp 2025 was unforgettable because the first day of camp also marked Cornerstone’s 30th birthday – a powerful milestone in our journey together and a divine alignment reminding us that God writes in generations.

This year’s theme, “Synergy of the Ages,” came from Psalm 145:4: “One generation shall praise Your works to
another, and shall declare Your mighty acts.”
This wasn’t just a nice idea – it was a call to unity across generations, capturing the vision of generations walking together – each fulfilling their God-given assignment while honouring and building on what came before. The uniting of different generations isn’t just symbolic – it’s strategic to build what God intends for the Kingdom in this hour.
Imagine the ripple effect when a former generation intentionally passes on truth, wisdom, faith, and
obedience to the next. The impact isn’t small – it’s immeasurable and the potential is limitless.
Through such synergy, God multiplies His works, deepens spiritual inheritance, and accelerates Kingdom
advancement.
Where leaders are willing and obedient – yielded to the Lord – they become gateways of inheritance, equipping the next generation. They help pass down more than tradition – they renew covenant with God and walk in fullness.
As Asaph beautifully records in Psalm 78:6–7: “That the generation to come might know them, even the children yet to be born; and they in turn would tell their children. Then they would put their trust in God and not forget His deeds, but keep His commands.”
History, even with its imperfections teaches deeply. And in His faithfulness, God gives wisdom to the humble, ensuring that the next generation does not merely inherit stories – but steps into a living understanding of His power and mercy.

Here are what some campers had to say about this year's camp:
"It was beautiful to see both the old and young unite as one church, ready for the coming harvest season. Every year I watched other children on stage during camp Gala Night, never imagining that one day I would see my own. This year, after 23 years in church, that moment finally came. It was deeply moving."

Church camp was a refreshing and intentional pause from the routine of life – a time set apart to seek God and build deeper fellowship with friends and Cell group members. We were blessed with a strong line-up of speakers who shared rich spiritual treasures. As we heard Pastor Yang recount the faithfulness of God through the years, it was such a reminder not to forget or forsake the legacy, lessons, and spiritual heritage of our beginnings – foundations that continue to shape who we are and where we are going.

One of the biggest takeaways for me was the importance of letting the Holy Spirit untangle us from sins that weigh us down. When we allow Him to work in our lives, we can rise above our struggles and walk in our identity as sons and daughters of God. Pastor Nicky’s words resonated with me: “If God is the source of your dream, then God is also the resource of your dream.” It’s a powerful reminder to stay close to God and trust Him as our ultimate source.

For me, this year’s Church Camp was a reminder that God is a good and faithful God. Through the sermons, my time serving, and even the fellowship, I felt that God was reminding us of who we are despite the good and the bad we go through. It was a refreshing reminder that at the end of the day, God still loves us, but we need to decide to love and be faithful to Him too.

This year’s camp felt like a river of God flowing through every moment, full of life, power, and grace. There was a striking ease in serving, as if His Spirit was carrying us forward with strength and peace. What stood out most was the beautiful synergy among volunteers across all age groups, an uncommon yet powerful unity. They served with one heart, one purpose, in one place.

Family Camp was a powerful and timely gathering as we celebrated 30 years of God’s faithfulness. Pastor Vlad’s sharing about the different seasons of life through the story of Joseph’s coat deeply resonated with me. It reminded me that God is always present – preparing and positioning me, even through challenges I may not fully understand. This camp felt like a spiritual milestone, marking a new season of growth and expansion for our church. I am expectant to see God move in even greater ways!

For my family and I, this year’s Family Camp was the best yet. It felt like a 2-in-1 experience – a Kingdom Invasion conference in a Family Camp. The presence of God was tangible in every session – for the adults as well as for the children. There was a clarion call to grow into the fullness of Christ, cultivate our fellowship with the Holy Spirit, and remain focused on pressing in for the purposes of God. The power of the Holy Spirit was also manifested as many campers received healing, deliverance, and the impartation of gifts of the Spirit.

Every year, church camp is one of those moments where you pause, reflect, and really listen to what God is saying – not just to you personally, but to all of us as a church. This year, with Pastor Vlad Savchuk’s round-up message, I was reminded of the basics: spending time in the Word, praying, and giving. There was a fresh revelation in those truths, and I’m constantly grateful there’s always fresh bread in Cornerstone.

During the camp, we witnessed how the kids encountered God powerfully, and some even caught a vision of heaven and the angels. It was a watershed event where we saw many lives transformed, and how that transformation eventually translated into action among the kids. Recounting what God has done through the camp, I am deeply thankful for His goodness and faithfulness toward us.
-Lim Han Wei
When I think about church camp this year, I am so thankful for all that the Lord did. Throughout the various speakers’ messages and ministry times it was evident that the Lord was doing a deep work in His people, bringing healing, restoration and freedom to so many lives. There was a clear call to greater holiness and a deep reverence for God, moving many to respond and commit their lives afresh at the altar.
