At this year’s Leaders’ Commencement & Dedication service, Pastor Yang shared his thoughts for the season and spoke on the vision for 2025, centred on the word “Greater”.

Acts 4:32-33 reveal the keys to accessing the “greater” that the Lord wants to release to us as the Body of Christ: the unity of heart and soul, loving one another more than our lives, and selflessness. The power and grace given to the early church was taken to a new level of “great” because of the genuine love within the community!
A prophetic experience that Rick Joyner had while he was caught up in a vision of heaven was retold – there were shopping malls in heaven, and everything was free of charge. The stores were served by the great people who made quality items given freely to anyone who visited. No one took at the expense of others so there was no lack.
Such is the generosity God desires His children to be marked by – the willingness
to share and bless others.
Pastor Yang shared several ways God wants to add to our lives - Great Grace, Great Power, Great Fear (of the Lord), Great Multiplication, Great Signs and Wonders, and Great Joy. He added that we are to expect great persecution that comes with revival, but we can stand strong in the Lord who gives us grace to overcome. Every leader was challenged to grow in love and to guard their devotional time with the Lord, from which fruitfulness is built.
“Spend time with God in the mornings. He wants to meet you daily, so you become a fruitful branch. The flesh profits nothing but the spirit gives life,” Pastor Yang emphasised.
Pastor Daphne encouraged everyone to make prayer and fasting a priority so that God could do much more in our lives. She led us in a time of corporate prayer, inviting the Holy Spirit to release a fresh measure of grace and faith to believe Him for the “greater”; His glory will be revealed as His Kingdom increases. With 2025 being a year of many milestones – moving into Orchard Towers, Women of Witness Conference going to Manila for the first time, Cornerstone’s 30th anniversary, and the 10th anniversary of the Bible College of Wales, our hearts are filled with both thanksgiving and expectancy for what God has in store.
The gathering continued with a refreshing time of releasing blessings and encouragement over one another before the commissioning of our new leaders for service.
Praise the Lord for every leader who has stepped up to serve and care for the flock as the family of God grows. Last year, 25 new cells were started, and 301 new believers were baptised. All glory be to God alone!
